"I was obese as a teenager right up until my late 30s. Was diagnosed with the autoimmune condition coeliac disease. I decided at this point to learn about weight management and gained a new found passion in running and triathlon, due to the health issues related to obesity. I learnt about regaining health and feeling better from within through nutrition. Particularly focusing on healing a damaged body.

Laurie is an assistant Pole Instructor at Nevaeh.
Ever since Laurie started her first pole class she knew she was hocked. She's loved every minute of her journey with the studio. Laurie say's "Pole has given me a great level of self respect as well as self love and I look forward to becoming a pole teaching so I can share my passion with others"

Bryony is qualified in Personal Training, Exercise Referral for Controlled Conditions, Sports Conditioning, Nutrition and Weight Management, Exercise to Music and Group Indoor Cycling. Assistant Pole Instructor.

Ellie has been practicing Silks for 4 years and pole for 8 years. Ellie is beautiful to watch and will teach you a trick of two. Ellie teaches Aerial Silks and covers Pole Fitness classes.

Vlad provides self-protection classes for children, men and women. Vlad is a secondary teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience, but importantly a Full Instructor of UC.
